A limited release of a single cask bottling. Non chill filtered, no added sugar, colour or flavours. Rum, just as it was intended. Barrel: Ex Bourbon Still: Column Still.  This rum has a complex yet fresh expression with banana, dark fruits and floral aromas on the nose, followed by deeper fruit sponge cake, plum and vanilla tones on the palate. Presented in a limited edition gift box with each bottle of this single cask numbered. 70cl at 56.7% ABV
