A modern interpretation of the legendary Dalaruan Distillery in Campbeltown, featuring a marriage of 100% aged Single Malt Scotch Whiskies (on average a quarter of a century.) Not chill filtered, 700ml, ABV 46%, presented in a deluxe gift tin.
On the nose: exotic and dried fruits, Manuka honey, campfire wood smoke and pepper. Palate: Rich and oily, indulgent salted vanilla fudge, dried fruits return and toasted almonds. Finish: The dying embers of a fire linger, stem ginger in syrup adds to a deliciously long finish. A true celebration of an old coastal style malt.
What a smashing Dram! –
My kind of whisky, elegant aroma that kicks a punch of citrus and warm spices.
The gift packing is really eye catching and looks fantastic in my home bar.
